With ten years of experience in childcare, Lizzie is a highly skilled and dedicated early years professional. As Assistant Manager, she continues to bring her expertise, leadership, and passion for early childhood education to the forefront.
Holding an SVQ in Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7, Lizzie has a strong foundation in child development, safeguarding, and curriculum planning. Her extensive hands-on experience, combined with a deep commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment, ensures that every child receives the highest standard of care and education.

Shima Gharedaghi is a dedicated Early Years Practitioner who recently earned a well-deserved promotion to Room Leader of our 0-2 room. Since joining our team in August 2024, Shima has demonstrated a deep commitment to providing high-quality care and education for our youngest learners.
With a nurturing approach and strong understanding of early childhood development, Shima creates a warm, secure, and stimulating environment tailored to the needs of the child. Her ability to foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues has made her an invaluable member of our team.

In her new role as Room Leader for the 2-3 Room, Jenny will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the room, ensuring a well-structured environment that supports children's learning and development.
