Having recently taken the reins of the family business, Paul combines his background in customer service, operational management, and team leadership with a passion for creating a nurturing, inspiring environment for young children.

Paul’s approach is grounded in his commitment to quality, community, and exceptional care—values that he has carried from the hospitality world into the world of early education. He believes that each child’s experience should be filled with wonder, curiosity, and joy, and he works closely with staff to ensure they have the tools and support needed to bring this vision to life. Under Paul’s leadership, our nursery is not only a place of learning but a supportive community where children can thrive and families feel truly valued.

With over 22 years of experience in early childhood education, Laura leads our team as the Nursery School Manager with dedication and expertise. Laura holds a BA in Childhood Practice. As a certified Child Protection Officer, she is committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety and well-being for every child in our care.

Laura’s passion for early education and child development is evident in her hands-on approach, guiding our staff to create a nurturing, enriching environment where young learners can thrive. Her leadership and commitment to quality education make her an invaluable asset to our nursery and to the families we serve.

Jenna brings 17 years of experience in childcare to her role as Senior Early Years Practitioner. Jenna holds an SVQ in Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7, a PDA in Childhood Practice (2020), and is currently advancing her knowledge by pursuing a Level 9 qualification in Childhood Practice.

Jenna is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment for all children in our care. Her deep understanding of early childhood development and her proactive approach to safety make her an essential member of our team and a trusted resource for our families.

With 9 years of experience in childcare, Lizzie is a highly skilled and dedicated Qualified Senior Early Years Practitioner. Holding an SVQ in Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7, Lizzie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role.

Lizzie is deeply committed to fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for every child in her care, ensuring their developmental needs are met through engaging, child-centered learning. Her experience and dedication make her a key member of our team, always focused on inspiring children to reach their full potential while providing exceptional care and education.

As a Qualified Early Years Practitioner with five years of experience, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as Room Leader. Holding an SVQ in Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7 and having achieved PDA in Childhood Practice, Megan is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education that supports each child’s development.

With a strong commitment to child-centered learning, Megan ensures that every child receives the personalised attention and encouragement they need to thrive.
